What we collect
- An anonymous account ID created when you first open the app. If you choose "Save my progress", we link it to your Apple or Google sign-in; those providers may share your name and email address with us.
- Game data: your nickname, chosen country, rounds, guesses, scores, streaks, leaderboard positions, friends, blocks, reports and room participation.
- Purchases: whether you have an active subscription, from Apple via our subscription provider. We never see your payment details.
- Diagnostics: crash reports and anonymous usage events that help us fix bugs and improve the game. You can turn analytics off in Settings.
- Notifications: if you allow them, a push token so we can send room invites and reminders.
What we don't do
- We don't track you across other apps or websites, collect an advertising ID, or sell your data.
- We don't access your contacts, photos, microphone or precise location.
Who processes it
- Our own servers store game data. Google Firebase provides sign-in, crash reports, analytics, remote settings and notifications. RevenueCat manages subscription status. Cloudflare stores and delivers the music clips.
- Each provider processes data only to run these features.
Your choices
- Delete your account anytime in Settings → Delete account. This removes your profile, stats, leaderboard entries, friends and room memberships. Limited purchase and moderation records may be kept for up to a year where needed for billing or safety.
- Deleting the app does not delete your account. Cancel subscriptions separately in your Apple ID settings.
Children
- BeatGuess is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
